Look How Far You’ve Come!...... Well Everyone… It's that time again to Push Pause and Reflect on how the Lord has brought you through… and only you know what “Through” means. Everyone’s “Through” means something different. However, we all know that the “Through” was by the Grace and Mercy of God and it wasn't meant to harm you but to shape you and refine you… to build something in you that we call a testimony…. That's right, a Testimony and we all have one. Your Testimony produces strength and power in you for others. This year's Retreat we want you to know the power and purpose of your testimony. God allowed those scars to help heal you as well as others… to build endurance and to bring you to this point of recognizing Your Pain + Your Purpose = Your Testimony.
We the Push Pause and Pray Team want you to step away for some private personal time with God and other Women just like yourself that want to allow God to get Glory and honor out of their life. Now some of us may not be there yet…. Maybe you don't know why God allowed the scars and you still feel bruised and wounded by the past….. Well let us say to you Sister… You are still standing for a reason and it might just be the time for you to unlock what God wants to do with all the misunderstood dilemmas that have gone on in your life.
Come on ladies it’s that time of the year to Push Pause and Pray…. Get in that quiet undisrupted moment with you and God where the only two entities that matter the most are Him and you. We hope you take the time to invest in yourself and come to learn the Power of Your Testimony!

“I had an awesome time at the “Push, Pause, and Pray” one day retreat. The continental breakfast was good. The ride was a little scary but thank God I made it on time. Lunch was light and refreshing. I did not fall asleep…also the speakers testimony brought a lot of feelings out but they were good feelings about women who are hurting. Lastly, even though I didn’t get a chance to shop I enjoyed seeing the other women shop. I went to Karen’s class and she was phenomenal. I will see you next year, if it’s in my area.
